2006 10 07 Progress

There was not a whole lot of really big visible progress this week, but there was a lot of progress. The floor is completely done and covered, the structural work is done, and the electrical work is mostly done. The soffit for the exhaust for the new range has been started, and the exhaust to the outside on the west side of the kitchen is done.

The left side of the new range will be about where the center of the ladder is to the right of the hall in the above shots. I think the plan is to put the range hood on the wall before the cabinets are installed and before the painting is done. Next week - electrical work, lighting, sheetrock.
